Yet another scenario of a computer being infected with Malware that causes the machine to crash, or simply shut down.
‘Live Security Platinum’ was the cause of this infection. A rogue anti-spyware had been downloaded and had infected this machine to a point that it could not even be re-started. The machine went into a cycle of booting up, giving the option of starting in safe mode, but then crashing back to a re-start and the cycle was continuous.
Full removal of this virus and the malware was complete and the machine was back to its normal state.
